One of the Cordele Lioness Club's major projects is the Watermelon Capital Pageant which is held annually.

Important Dates:

April 1, 2008 - Age division is determined by contestant's age as of this day.

April 15, 2008 - Entry forms can be submitted beginning April 15, 2008.

May 27, 2008 - Deadline for entry forms.
Note: An age division may be closed out sooner if limit of 26 contestants is met.

June 13, 2008 - Rehearsal - See entry form for times specific to age group.

June 14, 2008 - Interviews - See entry form for times specific to age group.

June 14, 2008 - Pageants begin at 7:00 p.m.
